Elpis at Flight / Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Genova
I am thrilled to announce that I will be presenting my latest film, “Elpis” (2023), in Genova, Italy, as part of Flight / Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Genova Film Festival. I will also be participating in a question-and-answer session. The programming of FLIGHT aligns perfectly with my vision, especially in the creation of Elpis, making me particularly excited to showcase it in such a wonderful setting.
Come join us on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Cineclub Nickelodeon (Via della Consolazione 5r, 16121 Genova) at 9 PM for the screening of Elpis. If you’re in Genova on that day, it would be a pleasure to have you there. Tickets can be purchased from the festival’s website or at the Cineclub Nickelodeon box office.
Following that, Elpis will have its German premiere at the Berlin Revolution Film Festival on October 22, 2023, at 9 PM, at the Kino Moviemento in Berlin.
“Elpis” received generous funding from the Arts Council of Ireland and was produced by the Experimental Film Society. It has been showcased at renowned film festivals such as DokuBaku in Azerbaijan, Transterritorial de Cine Underground in Argentina, Flight / Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Genova in Italy, and Festival Fotogenia in Mexico.
