Screening of Elpis and masterclass at Tirana International Film Festival

I am thrilled to announce that my latest feature film, Elpis (2023), will be screening at the prestigious Tirana International Film Festival in Albania. The screening will be followed by an engaging question-and-answer session, offering an intimate glimpse into the film’s creation. This event is part of the distinguished “TIFF CLASSICS World Premiere Restored 4K” category, a unique out-of-competition segment of the festival’s program that highlights the art of cinematic restoration.

I am also deeply honoured and excited to have been invited to present a masterclass on “Experimental and Personal Filmmaking” as part of the initiative I founded, EFS Film School. It is a privilege to share my insights with a distinguished audience and the next generation of filmmakers. Having closely followed the programming of the Tirana International Film Festival for years, this opportunity is truly a dream come true for me.

I will be in Tirana for the entirety of the festival, from September 22nd to 28th, 2024, to personally present all the programs.
