Elpis at The Istanbul International Experimental Film Festival

I’m thrilled to announce that my feature film, Elpis, has been selected for screening at the Istanbul International Experimental Film Festival. The screening is scheduled for Sunday, May 12th, 2024, at the Hope Alkazar Cinema in Istanbul. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the esteemed curatorial team of the festival, who have been extraordinarily supportive of my work over the years. Elpis premiered at the International Documentary Film Festival DokuBaku in Baku, Azerbaijan, and has since travelled around the globe. Its journey includes screenings at the Festival Transterritorial de Cine Underground in Buenos Aires, the Flight/Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Genova Film Festival in Italy, the Berlin Revolution Film Festival, and the Fotogenia Film Festival in Mexico.

Elpis received the Best Feature Film Award in the ‘Student Jury’ category at the Flight / Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Genova.

Upcoming, Elpis will be screened at the Fisura Festival in Mexico City from July 5th to August 31st, 2024. We are also planning additional screenings in Ireland, Serbia, Colombia, Romania, and Albania. Stay tuned for updates!
